JOB DESCRIPTION

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and successful SaaS Sales Manager that will help us to set up business in Germany.  As Sales Manager, your core responsibility will be to close new business by converting qualified leads into signed agreements. You should be articulate, have the skills to truly understand the customer needs and build a trusted relationship with them. You will be expected to consistently meet your revenue targets. Most importantly, you should have a can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.  

REQUIREMENTS

·  Build the sales organization in UK

·      Conception and execution of the entire sales process from lead generation to final closing of deals

·      Develop long term relationships with clients, incl. Key Accounts

·      Provide market feedback to management of market conditions, competitors’ activity, new entrants, and new product development

·      Assist management in development and execution of sales / marketing strategy

·      Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications


ABOUT YOU
·      2+ years of experience in selling SaaS solution ·      3+ years in a sales representative role ·      Strong negotiating, influencing and presentation skills ·      Native English speaker or excellent written and spoken English skills ·      Great understanding of digital influencer marketing and Social Media developments ·      Entrepreneurial spirit ·      Ability to work independently, while also a strong collaborator and team player ·      Your application should demonstrate previous quantifiable success in customer acquisition
